Absolutely beautiful details. The change I would request if I were purchasing: push out the bathroom door out so the closet and washer/dryer are inside the bathroom instead of outside.

Pretty! Love the cherry wood, and it’s a great modern yet playful aesthetic. I wish you would have shown the 2nd “kids’ room” slightly longer. I couldn’t get a sense of it, and never nailed the pause button at the right time. And judging from the “most replayed graph” I’m not the only one! 😂 Also, NGL, my hips went ouch when I saw the sharp corners on the dining table! It’s great with the aesthetic, but I could see myself putting those baby safety foam corners on it in no time! I hope no one in the family has hips at that exact height!

To each his own I like it. May work well for my homestead ❤

Art Deco is from the 1920’s & 1930’s era that I just can’t see in this particular tiny house

The name “Art Nouveau” was coined in 1895, inspired by a gallery in Paris bearing the same name. The style is recognized for its sinuous, asymmetrical lines inspired by plant forms. It was applied in various fields, including architecture, interior design, graphic art and design, jewelry, and glass. Art Nouveau had a global reach, with notable practitioners in different countries. These included Aubrey Beardsley in England, Alphonse Mucha in Paris, Louis Comfort Tiffany in the U.S., Charles Rennie Mackintosh in Scotland, Antonio Gaudí in Spain, and Victor Horta in Belgium. The style, however, did not significantly endure beyond the onset of World War I.

Wow this has got to be the nicest tiny home I’ve ever seen. Absolutely perfect. There is only 1 or 2 things I would change. 1st is to swap the open shelving in the kitchen for closed cabinets and honestly it’s just because I have cats who love to knock things over. And 2nd would be to add storage to the loft area, I’d close off that skinnier part that you pass when walking up and add a door so it can hold Christmas decorations. Otherwise I wouldn’t make any other changes. I love the finishes, love the style, love the windows, it’s just such a great space. And these would be such easy customizations to make.

Like everything except the moveable counter. Once out, no one can walk around it.

I love everything about this. I just want more closet space in the bedrooms. Ideally hanging space. I always feel like tiny homes are missing proper closets

A lot of states won’t let you put a tiny home on property. Do yourself a favor and build a barndominium. It’s 1/2 the cost of a tiny home and you get double the amount of square footage. I built a 1600 sq ft barndominium for $175k including land in 2023. No stairs to contend with and I have a geothermal heating system that heats my crawl space for free. I also have R49 insulation. The biggest difference between this home or any tiny home in windy areas, forget it. It would never survive a 80 mph wind gust.

It's quite interesting. What is a gel powered fireplace??? Love the triple refrigerator, I have one and it's spectacular. The microwave under the pop out, might not be feasible.

Nice and efficient build... I'd also like the fireplace to be for heat and cooking 🤔 but other than that it's beautiful!💯

This is a very nice design. The kitchen tile is a little funky, and I think wrapping the kitchen around the corner a bit to make it U shaped would be better...maybe by making the table a bit narrower. The way the stove isn't centered under the vent hood bugs me. I love all the storage in the stairs and the master bedroom.
